This year Tim’s parents got some places up at Snowbird to spend a week with the family; it’s so beautiful up there and we have some good memories up there… like Tim proposing to me for one. :) It was very kind of them to arrange this, we had such a good time with everyone! In a nutshell, here’s what our week involved:
A couple of comments….
I say scouting out squirrels rather than going on a walk cuz the kids stopped consistently every few feet to see the squirrels. ha So cute that they’re so intrigued by them.
Aren’t those shirts cool!? You remember these shirts I made last year? Same process, except I love that they used foam shapes instead! They stay on good so you don’t have to glue it on. They had so many fun shapes and letters to choose from, Faith was so excited about the “newcorn” (unicorn)! Everyone’s shirts turned out awesome, I was tempted to make one for me! :) They didn’t have Spencer’s size or I definitely would have made one for him.
That picture of the fog…. was pretty cool to see. Not very cool that hubby went out rock climbing in it for 4 hours without calling me…..he had three women worried. He was safe though :)
It was so, so sweet of Tim’s parents to remember Mikkie and include her in with the traditional Jammie Walk. It made me very happy and brought tears to my eyes. My thoughts went immediately back to Mikkie’s last Jammie Walk and her excitement with the glowing star stick. One of my most favorite pictures; the look on her face is priceless. I was missing her extra on this trip so this helped bring me some happiness.
Thanks again Bruce & Terri for arranging this, we sure appreciate it!

Laura! Thank you so much for posting these pictures! They are absolutely happy! We so missed being there with you all. I was touched by the lights on the Jammie Walk. I can't hold back the tears right now, I'm sure it was very touching. We love you all very much and feel especially grateful that families are forever. We are thrilled to see you next week! Sending our love!
